AGE Construction and Trade Inc.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Civil Engineer Atilla Önen, started to work in the sector by performing project supervision, construction and contracting works with the company he established in 1965. With the expansion of the business volume, AGE Construction and Trade Ltd. was established in 1974 with the participation of pharmacist Güner Adlı and Çiler Önen. AGE Construction was transformed into a joint stock company in 1998.
Since its establishment, AGE Construction has been making a name for itself with the pioneering projects it has developed in the Turkish contracting sector and has been carrying the AGE brand confidently into the future in all corners of the world.

Energy
AGE Energy Production Inc.
AGE Energy has been operating in the energy sector since 1999 under the umbrella of AGE Group of Companies.
In 1993, Fethiye HEPP, one of the first Build-Operate-Transfer hydroelectric power plants in Turkey, became the first investment of AGE Group in the energy sector.
The experience gained during the realization of this project was used in the development of new projects after the enactment of the Electricity Market Law No. 4628 in 2001. 4 HEPPs with a total installed capacity of 73 MW were commissioned between 2008 and 2011, including Sarmaşık I HEPP with an installed capacity of 21 MW and Sarmaşık II HEPP with an installed capacity of 22 MW in Trabzon province, and Pınar HEPP with an installed capacity of 30 MW in Adıyaman province.
Today, AGE Energy provides services with a holistic perspective in all areas, especially wholesale and retail electricity trade, solar energy solutions, as well as energy generation.

AGE Electricity Wholesale Inc. Established in 2009, AGE Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satış A.Ş., together with the companies operating under AGE ENERJİ and other participants in the wholesale market, operates as registered with PMUM.

Asya Fruit Juice and Food Inc.
Asya Fruit Juice and Food Inc. was established in 1972 and opened production facilities in Nevşehir Avanos in 1975. In 1993, it moved its facilities to Eğirdir, Isparta and built Turkey's most modern fruit juice concentrate and puree processing plant.
The company currently exports to 25 countries around the world. Asya continues its activities with its pioneering vision in this field.
